The company changed its name to PT Bank Tabungan Himpunan Saudara 1906 in 1967 and changed it again to PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 in 1992, following a capital injection and management restructuring by the Medco Group. The bank’s offices are located in Jakarta, Banten, Bogor, Sukabumi, Cirebon, Tasikmalaya, Purwokerto, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo,Surabaya, Malang, Bali, and Palembang. It has a head office, 14 branch offices, 64 sub-branch offices, 18 cash offices, three mobile cash and 42 ATMs. By the first quarter of 2013, the bank employed around 906 people.
